New Non-Exec Board Members: Prof. Maurice Mulvenna and Martin Bell
Professor Mulvenna is a highly accomplished Professor of Computer Science at Ulster University. With a research focus on the intersection of computing and mental health, artificial intelligence, digital wellbeing, innovation, and assistive technologies, Professor Mulvenna has established himself as a leading voice in the field. As principal investigator on over 75 international research projects, he has contributed significantly to the advancement of the field through his publication of over 400 research papers and his active participation on numerous program committees.
His expertise has been recognised by the industry, as evidenced by his co-chairmanship of prestigious conferences such as the 32nd British Human-Computer Interaction conference in 2018, the 31st European Cognitive Ergonomics Conference (ECCE-2019), and the 5th IEEE International Conference on Internet of People (IoP-2019) in 2019.
As a senior member of both the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers and the Association for Computing Machinery, as well as a chartered fellow of the British Computer Society, Professor Mulvenna's credentials speak to his impact and significance in the field of computer science.
